About me

Hey, I’m Paul — or Pavvy, as most people call me. It’s a nickname that’s stuck over the years, and it comes from my Polish side of the family and the polish version of my name. (Paul == Paweł).

I’m a Senior UX & Product Designer with over 15 years of experience designing digital products that actually work for people. I’ve led projects for brands like Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Jaguar Land Rover, WTW, Audi, and BMW, turning complex systems into simple, accessible, and beautiful experiences.

My work sits right between design and technology. I love creating design systems that bring consistency and speed to teams while keeping things human and usable. I’ve delivered full-cycle UX — from research and prototyping to final design and developer handoff — always focusing on clarity and real-world impact.

Before specialising in UX, I started out in web design, front-end development. That creative-technical mix helps me make design decisions that balance craft with practicality — so things not only look great but actually work.

These days, I’m focused on leading design with empathy — guiding teams, simplifying complexity, and building products that genuinely improve people’s day-to-day.
